This site is an owner and tenant portal and contains access to the Meeting Room booking system as well as news and information relevant to the 32 Delhi Road community.
 
Future releases will also include an FAQ section for any queries relating to the property and a support form to request any maintenance etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Partition Dividing Meeting Rooms 1 & 2

When booking meeting rooms 1 and 2 combined, please contact Cafe Avenida on (02) 9870 7722 to open the partition doors - they will be locked otherwise. FOR OUT OF HOURS access to the meeting rooms, please also contact the Cafe.  At the conclusion of the use of the meeting room, the lights and airconditioning MUST be turned off by users.
